A wide range of power units is provided by BIOFIAL in order to cover any lifting installation need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are made in compliance to the new European standards for lifts EN 81-20 and EN 81-50 and fulfil the strictest safety requirements. Their main components (block of valves, pumps, motors) originate from top European suppliers. Low noise level, credibility, long product life-circle,ease in maintenance and high aesthetics are some of their main features. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are suitable for the modernization \/ refurbished market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T.B. Series:<\/strong> Power units suitable for high speed elevators, offering smooth movement and noiseless operation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– available with mechanical, electronic or VVVF (inverter controlled) flow valves<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– two speed function with max. speed of 1 m\/sec- with submersible motor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– with tapped pump- thermostat for overheating protection included<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– oil heater included<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIOFIAL offers a wide range of cabinets, containing the power unit and\/or the control panel, suitable for projects with no space for machine room installation (MRL).<\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

TD Series<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The TD cabinet series is the ideal solution for projects were there is no space for machine room instalation (MRL). It includes within the power unit and optional the support for the electrical panel thus making the installation, the maintance and the evacuation in case of emergency easy and above all safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its capacity is from 50 up to 300 l and it can be implemented at any place of the worksite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the power units manufactured by BIOFIAL HYDRAULICS can be placed inside the TD cabinet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Oil Coolers<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The oil cooler increases the efficiency of the hydraulic lift system. It enhances the performance in heavy operation buildings such as factories, worksites hospital and public buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is available in single-phase and three-phase models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main characteristics of the oil cooler are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Pump delivery rate from 25 to 66 l\/m<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Rated power from 3,49 to 16,28 kw<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Motor power 0,75 kW<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Motor speed from 1450 to 3250 rpm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Working temperature range of the oil 20\u00f770oC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Average noise level from 67 to 71 dB<\/p>\n\n\n\n
