Hatziefstratiou<\/strong>, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Exports, as a distinguished speaker.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The speakers will analyze the important issues and trends for family businesses in the European and Greek markets, like Governance, Succession Planning Next Generation, Growth, Assurance \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 Exit Strategies.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mrs. Hatziefstratiou will actively participate in one of the two debate panels of the convension&nbsp;entitled &#8220;Coaching the young&#8221; which will be centered at the topic of succession in family businesses, requesting from the participant entrepreneurs to provide answers to polls which will take place at that time and address critical issues in the succession process.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
