October is a special month in Thessaloniki.

On 26th of October, the city celebrates the feast of Agios Demetrios, its patron saint, as well as the anniversary of its liberation in 1912.

Also on 28th of October, Greece commemorates the historic “Ohi” of 1940, when Greece rejected the ultimatum to surrender to Axis demands.

For this reason, the end of October is a particularly meaningful time for us here in Thessaloniki.

So, for the period from 24.10.26 until 28.10.26,
